• Bachelor of Science (BSc)
• Master of Science (MSc)
• Diploma in Textile Engineering

• B.Sc or M.Sc in Textile Engineering from any reputed University.
• B.Sc. in Textile Engineering from any reputed University.

• 5 to 10 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile, Garments Accessories, Spinning, Dyeing Factory

• Age 28 to 40 years
• Only Male

• Minimum 05 yrs. working experience as the same designation.
• Experience in Garments Manufacturing (Quality & Production).
• Knowledge of International Quality Standards, QMS 2015 & ISO standards on Quality.
• Fluent in spoken & written English & Bangla. Proficient in e-mail communication.
• Good presentation skills, amicable team player, and willing to train team members.

• To know & understand company’s Quality Policy and follow/ relate it with daily work.
• Responsible to implement & secure all quality requirements of H&M as per the customer demand & international standard.
• Responsible for securing H&M Quality compliance requirements.
• Ensuring bulk production which complies with H&M standards.
• Responsible for all types of inspection (initial to final) for H&M products.
• Confirm no stop order in H&M products.
• Responsible for internal evaluation of NQC and train accordingly.
• Develop yearly training schedule and execute accordingly for all the concern person.
• Responsible for provide approval of shade for H&M goods.
• Responsible for conducting pre-production meeting for H&M & maintain records for every new design.
• Secure competence of the NQC team and develop for the nomination from H&M.
• Obey and implement the instruction of the senior officials & head of the department.
• Responsible for ensuring the calibration of all IMT’S tools, machines and devices uses within the designated area.
• Provide approval of working samples (Cut to pack) aligning with the customer approved sample.
