Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering, Master of Science (MSc) in Textile Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To assist in managing and maintaining work / staff at IPQC on floor in conjunction with Head of Quality
∎ Responsible for effective coordination for Quality control of the products processed as per process plan during in-process and final-stages
∎ To immediately stop and inform the production responsible regarding the non-conforming goods.
∎ To ensure non-conforming products must be clearly marked with NCR and during in process or final stage is not dispatched to next process or customer respectively.
∎ Responsible for QC capability, capacity and human resource management matters.
∎ Responsible for effective coordination for Quality control of the products processed as per process plan during in-process and final-stages.
∎ To coordinate with R&D Laboratory and production floor regarding test results of finished products and samples.
∎ To ensure all quality records are prepared and maintained properly within the department.
∎ To follow and communicate the Lab testing results to all concerned department
∎ To manage a vigilant and efficient activity of staff by creating smooth coordination among different section
∎ To look after attendance, orientation, training matters of staff in conjunction with Head of Quality.
∎ To maintain good laboratory practices, good standard of housekeeping and maintenance of equipment to achieve maximum efficiency
∎ To keep and maintain customer specifications and customer standards regarding shade and hand feel if provided
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have good verbal and written communication skills both in Bangla & in English.
∎ Should have good interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with people at all levels.
∎ The ability to prioritize work and to work well under pressure.
∎ The capability to work with numerical information, plus analytical and problem-solving skills.
∎ Diplomatic approach and the confidence to provide support to high-profile company staff and board members.
∎ Management skills.
