Educational Requirements:
∎ BSc/Masters in Engineering (MEng)
∎ BSc/Masters in Electrical & Electronic Engineering or Masters in Mechanical Engineering.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare a Complete Work plan for Electrical &Maintenance & Development Work and supervise all electrical installation work, electrical schedule maintenance work of keep proper record.
∎ Manage, monitor & supervise all electro-mechanical work and ensure efficient execution of overall electrical maintenance operations.
∎ Monitor preventive/predictive/reliable maintenance schedule of mechanical equipment in the plant.
∎ Prepare a schedule for any shut-down required for the preventive maintenance of mechanical/ electrical equipment.
∎ Responsible for the safety of all mechanical devices for Industrial Machine
∎ Monitoring fuel system, steam system, compressed air system, closed cooling water system (LT&HT), and other areas of plant to minimize the consumption.
∎ Should have experience in schedule preventive as well as breakdown maintenance of the project.
∎ To identify problems of plant equipment and conveyed to maintenance team to solve the problem
∎ Comply with all procedures and standards of operation & maintenances as well as to follow ISO standard for Environment, Quality Management and Occupational Health & Safety.
∎ Monitor and record process parameters and take proactive maintenance plan accordingly.
∎ Prepare daily and weekly report and submit to the management.
∎ Responsible for modification/renovation of all type of work like factory as built drawing at structural, electrical and fire safety, LPS, Substation Load Management, Industrial load calculation and distribution for new load connection, BBT Renovation/new installation etc.
∎ Implementation of electrical &fire safety related works required by buyers, audit firms and sustainably department that influenced the positive feedback from audit (ACCORD/RSC/Buyer Audit)
∎ Works on design, drawing, and legal approval process required in construction work for factories and other establishments
∎ Prepares design as per standard NFPA/BNBC/2020 RSC/Nirapon
∎ Prepares budget and ensures project costing is as estimated
∎ Manages factory related all civil works are according to drawing & specification
∎ Prepares factory plan and ensures timely accomplsihment
∎ Carefully observes the CAPs given by various authorities regarding safety related requirements for rectification/improvements/remedy and repair of establishments
∎ Collaborate with all consultants and contractors for all plumbing associated work
∎ Coordinate with various teams to design all architectural and electrical requirements for all plumbing projects
∎ Supervise and monitor Substation, DB, SDB, Generator, Air Compressor, RO Plant, Water pumps
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 34 years
∎ Must have practical experience in Machineries like (Tonello, Danish, Bangla Belly, Broiler) and wash plant.
∎ Must have sound knowledge and experience in all the machineries of washing factory.
∎ Ability to manage and work under pressure
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
∎ Should have sound knowledge on 5S
∎ Excellent communication skill both in English & Bengali
∎ Strong team building, decision making and people management skills, MS application
