Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering, Master of Science (MSc) in Textile Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
textile lab
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Have to check & follow up the machine maintenance/purchasing status with head office.
∎ Have to continue the training for lab staff on weekly basis as per training Calendar considering the ISO/AATCC/ASTM D/JIS/GB & buyer standard.
∎ Have to review the test report before submit the testing sample to 3rd party lab.
∎ Have to ensure the test was done according to required standard & test result should be reliable.
∎ Have to provide Healthy and good working environment for lab staff
∎ Have to do the analysis of lab round robin test results to identify the week areas of testing.
∎ Have to develop the capability of lab staff as well as total laboratory.
∎ To keep and maintain the master list of equipment with calibration status of all lab and quality control equipment
∎ To keep and maintain the machine literature, manual, spares and consumable record.
∎ To facilitate the calibration process from external source.
∎ To perform the internal calibration if required as per standard procedure.
∎ To maintain the log book and control of the lab procurement as per lab consumption list
∎ To keep and maintain the lab capability profile to identify the staff capability.
∎ To keep consumable requirement, consumption and material test record for lab and QC.
∎ Have to follow up the overall laboratory operation
∎ Responsible to implement ISO/IEC 17025:2017
∎ Responsible to communicate Customer regarding new specification or any other query.
∎ Monitoring overall functions of testing laboratories for both technical & non-technical aspects.
∎ Any other task by management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 2-3 years’ Experience as Asst. Manager/manager
∎ Good academic Background
∎ Good Communication/Presentation Skill
∎ Ability to work under pressure
∎ Honest, Good Team Player, Well-Organized, Self-motivated, Dedicated.
∎ Must be skilled in English writing & spoken
∎ Good Knowledge in Computer, MS-Office.
∎ 3rd party with factory experience will be preferred
