Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage the recruitment and selection process.
∎ Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization with the overall business strategy.
∎ Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
∎ Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures in line with company objective and philosophy and ensure their implementation.
∎ Maintain employee records includes personal file, leave, attendance, etc. Analyze the staff/worker vacancy status and initiate for recruitment to fulfill the vacancy.
∎ Follow-up Attendance, Salary Administration, Leave Management & Compensation Benefit & incentive schemes.
∎ Follow-up Appointment processing, Orientation / Induction, exit interview.
∎ Ensure transfer, increment, promotion, separation, confirmation related work.
∎ Strong capability to hiring worker instantly. Negotiate/resolve daily problems among workers/staffs etc on administrative issues.
∎ Analyze manpower requisition and recruit when justified.
∎ Conduct interviews and selection process.
∎ Providing advice and council employee for motivation.
∎ Contributing to the continuous improvement of HR & Administrative systems and practices.
∎ Create an Environment of continuous Improvement using Total Productive Maintenance Methodology.
∎ Develop and update the organization structure as per labor law.
∎ Ensure and maintain a clean and tidy site.
∎ Coordinate office operations and procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness.
∎ Develop and implement employee training programs.
∎ Identify and implement cost-effective HR practices.
∎ Prepare employee transfer, increment, promotion, and release letters.
∎ Coordinate with other departments on HR-related activities.
∎ Monitor and finish day-to-day activities of HR & Admin departments.
∎ To prepare HR Related plan and execute the plan for the development of the company's human resources.
∎ To implement other HR and administrative-related work as per the decision of Management.
