Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. in Textile Engineering (Majored in Wet Processing/Fabrics Manufacturing/Yarn Manufacturing) from any reputed local or foreign university with good academic track record.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
dyeing and printing, Fabrics manufacturing, yarn manufacturing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To check whether all the functions related to production are being managed/maintained as per company's policies or not.
∎ To identify misuses in all production phases.
∎ To check daily production reports sent by the factories.
∎ Compile different reports, Business presentation, summarize and submit to Chairman & MD as required.
∎ Carrying out specific projects and research from time to time.
∎ Organizing inter-departmental meetings of MD with department or SBU heads.
∎ Prepare presentation materials on different issues and able to develop policies, procedures, manuals, SOPs etc. in English on different issues as and when required.
∎ Perform any other task assign by the management as and when required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 05 Years of Practical Experience in any export oriented Dyeing-Printing Textile Industry/Fabrics Manufacturing Industry/Yarn Manufacturing Industry.
∎ Should have very good command over English.
∎ Sound knowledge on Computer Literacy.
∎ Should be sincere, polite, dynamic, hardworking & willing to work under pressure.
∎ Job Location: Dhaka & Gazipur.
