Responsibilities & Context:

Job Context

Meghna Group of Industries is seeking for capable Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager – Architectural Project Management to oversee design coordination, execution, and stakeholder communication for hospitality and real estate projects. The role emphasizes timely project delivery, regulatory compliance, and cost control. This is a 6-month contractual position, extendable based on performance, with immediate joining required to meet ongoing project timelines.

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist in coordinating design reviews across architectural, interior, and MEP disciplines to ensure alignment with design intent and project requirements.

  • Prepare and review BOQs, tender documents, working drawings, and other construction-related documentation.

  • Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and contractors to track project progress and ensure adherence to quality, cost, and schedule.

  • Support budgeting, cost control, and risk assessment activities, identifying and reporting potential issues to the supervisor.

  • Maintain effective communication with stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination and timely updates on project status.

  • Use AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project, and related design or project management tools for documentation and planning tasks.

  • Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards throughout all stages of the project.
