• Plan, Execute and manage all the preproduction activity as per agreed timeline.
• Managing Pilot section, ensure on-time size set making & clearing out all the style discrepancy.
• Follow, record, control and ensure that there is enough preproduction lead time based on approved critical path through Critical path monitoring system.
• Managing Overall QCO procedure throughout the factory.
• Organize, attend and manage all the preproduction related meetings (Pocket, QCO, and Post Changeover) to ensure all the clarification and agreement has been done.
• Managing STW team to function the STW system.
• Coordinate, attend and record the Risk assessment finding style wise with the proposed action plan.
• Analyze all the data related to pre-production & QCO, correlate and make report to concern everyone to improve.
• Stay up to date with the latest technologies and trends in the apparel industry, and for developing and implementing new technologies and processes to improve the efficiency and competitiveness of the factory.
• Able to quickly and effectively solve any problems that arise in the factory, such as technical issues with equipment or production processes, or staffing issues.
• Provide training and development opportunities for staff and must ensure that all staff are equipped with the skills and knowledge they need to perform their jobs effectively.
