Job Responsibilities:
∎ Entirely responsible for the overall operation of the store.
∎ Have to maintain inventory of store by Manual System and Inventory Management Software (SAP/ERP).
∎ Receive store materials from local, foreign suppliers and any other sources as per LC / purchase approval document.
∎ Distribute store materials as per requisition.
∎ Have to maintain proper records, receive stores, tags and track surplus property.
∎ Liaison with Commercial department for imported materials stock and keep in track whether materials are used as per forecast and raise purchase order/materials requisition form in due time.
∎ Ensure Buyer COC requirement, BSCI, ACCORD/RSC, BCI, GOTS, OCS, GRS & RCS etc. audit traceability record maintain properly.
∎ Able to work well under pressure & lead the fellow members.
∎ Any others job assigned by the Management.
∎ Receive and store all materials complying with related Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).
∎ Receive, store & issue the Raw Materials (RM) and packaging Materials (PM), spare parts, stationery & consumable items manually as well as using SAP software.
∎ Ensuring fully inventory control and maintaining minimum stock level.
∎ Maintain each and every movement, inventory and stock of store by using ERP Software.
∎ Arranging timely Loading-unloading all kinds of goods by coordinating with others.
∎ Ensuring all reception and distribution of materials are properly posted in ERP and documented as well.
∎ Check Safety, Quality and Compliance activities in workplace.
∎ Supervising all stores operational issues and uphold the safety of the store house.
∎ Coordinate with PPC, Merchandiser, Purchase/Procurement Team, Commercial, F & A, Audit department & necessary departments.
∎ Create ERP/SAP requisition of all kinds of general item, Accessories, Yarn, gray fabrics, Finish fabrics Chemical, spare parts etc. to meet smooth production and Operation.
