Job Context:
∎ TechVen Group is involved in Non-Woven fabric, Non-Woven Bag making & Paper converting, Real Estate, Construction business. TechVen Properties is asking CV from the individuals for it`s "Real Estate" concern sales team.
∎ Sales, Marketing, Business Development.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop new clients and liaise with present clients to achieve sales plan;
∎ Maintain negotiation with customers and ensure sales;
∎ Follow-up order wise sales collection;
∎ Work to get potential customer;
∎ Take challenges to meet sales target.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate Marketing etc.
∎ Good communication (written/verbal) & presentation skills.
∎ Strong analytical & leadership ability and work as a strategic thinker.
∎ Positive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities.
∎ Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.
∎ Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and good team work.
