Job Responsibilities:
∎ To Look After Customer Quarries, Product Promotion Activities, Counselling with Client, Corporate Sales Meeting Arrange, Tools &Machine sales with Customer Relation Develop, Site Visit with Client, Daily Sales Reporting to Authorized, Communicate Related Govt./ Private Agencies, Attend Local Fair/ Event for Business Developments.
∎ Developing new business relationships generate and negotiate with new customer
∎ Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands customer base and ensure its strong presence
∎ Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
∎ Generating proposals and ideas for prospective clients plus other duties and task
∎ Manage and monitor entire marketing & sales cycle from the initiation of the sales call to closing of the deal for all the products and services
∎ Create and be accountable for follow-up of all client proposals, contracts and any other related documentation
∎ Ensure bill delivery to customer on time
∎ Frequent visit to external customer to find out problems and provide situational support
∎ Manage Existing & Potential Customers by Sales Visits & Regular Follow-Up.
∎ Build an Effective Relationship with the Customers & Maintain Client Database (CRM).
∎ Adhere to the Recommended Sales Strategies to Meet the Desired Sales Targets.
∎ Capacity to assess the customer needs, what he actually wants and start the negotiation process accordingly and finalize the deal under consultation with HOD-sales.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, analytical ability, and multitasking capacity is essential for this position.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Effective leadership to ensure positive customer experience through motivating and inspiring team work.
∎ Proficient in MS Office.
∎ Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
