Job Context:
∎ r-pac Bangladesh is a fast-growing global supplier of trims, packaging, and supply chain solutions to the Bangladeshi export-oriented apparel and non-apparel industries and caters to well-known fashion and retail brands around the globe. The candidates we are seeking will hold the key responsibility of handling a portfolio of reputed & high-value vendors and meeting the set sales budgets in line with the company`s set strategies.
∎ Candidates are required to possess a thorough knowledge of the business in the market with experience and a proven track record in the apparel sector, particularly in the label and packaging industry. Past experience in a reputed MNC and exposure to high end brands/ retailers would be an added advantage. Good communication and strong interpersonal skills are imperative.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Understand the customer's needs and expectations.
∎ Be on top of business trends and competitor activities.
∎ Sales Forecasting and generating monthly, quarterly, and half-yearly business plans.
∎ Generate and execute account strategies and achieve the set sales targets.
∎ Develop a prospective customer base with regular sales leads.
∎ Service and retain the existing customer base and maintain high levels of relationships.
∎ Possess the skill of being able to convince clients of the strengths and capabilities of the company.
∎ Retain and grow market share and develop new business at the local level by using his or her relationship skills.
∎ Regular and timely reporting on market updates.
∎ Accurate RM forecasting based on trends and seasons.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Experienced in label and package sales.
∎ 3 years of related experience is required.
∎ Exhibit superior analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
∎ Strong written and vocal communication, presentation, and leadership abilities are required.
∎ A strategic mentality capable of thinking extensively, refining questions, and influencing numerous decision-makers.
∎ It is essential to have hands-on expertise with Excel and PowerPoint.
