Responsibilities & Context:
- Assist in planning and executing sales and marketing strategies for steel pipe products.
- Achieve assigned sales targets by developing new customers and maintaining existing accounts.
- Manage dealer, distributor, and project-based sales activities.
- Identify new market opportunities in construction, real estate, and industrial sectors.
- Prepare quotations, sales contracts, and follow up on orders and payments.
- Conduct regular market visits to meet clients, dealers, and project stakeholders.
- Monitor competitor activities, market prices, and customer demand trends.
- Coordinate with production, warehouse, logistics, and accounts departments to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.
- Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and market feedback for management review.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Support marketing campaigns, promotional activities, exhibitions, and product launches.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and business ethics.
