Educational Requirements:
∎ Educational qualification is HSC / Diploma with at least 08 years practical experience in any 100% export oriented composite textile mills
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitoring the production line & Online Quality checks
∎ Implementing improvements to production process that lead to overall increases in product quality
∎ Monitor production processes, equipment, and workflow to identify areas for improvement and ensure consistent quality output.
∎ Utilize statistical methods and tools to analyze production data and identify trends, patterns, and variations that may affect product quality.
∎ Conduct regular inspections, audits, and quality assessments of the production floor at various stages of production to identify defects, non-conformities, and areas for improvement.
∎ Working together with projects leaders to discuss solution to online quality issue.
∎ Satisfying Customer Expectation about the products quality
∎ Investigation causes of online quality problem & properly solutions
∎ To perform any other task as assigned by the management from time to time.

∎ The salary will be fixed on the basis of the discussion which is negotiable. The employee will also be entitled for other fringe benefits upon the agreement of both parties according to the company`s policies.
