Educational Requirements:
∎ Educational qualification is SSC / Diploma with at least 10 years practical experience in any 100% export oriented composite textile mills.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for making woven production plans/advance plans of the orders in consultation and coordination with marketing, production, and other relevant teams.
∎ To lead workspace to point up maximum efficiency using IE method/tools;
∎ Ensure proper woven dyeing production, waste reduction, Productivity increase, LEAN Technology, Production Planning etc. Plan and direct activities such as coordinating with other department heads as required;
∎ Identify & eliminate bottlenecks that delay production associated schedules to meet the ultimate standard and initiate simplification in the overall production process;
∎ Discuss with all related HODs for any changes foreseen and finalize for every operation based on skill matrix;
∎ Provide correct skill set to perform the demands of business and customer;
∎ Order status monitoring & regular schedule meeting with marketing for order planning
∎ Follow up time-study, capacity study, production study and reproduction activities.
∎ Ensure effective communication with the supply chain team to ensure smooth productivity.
∎ Execute and monitor the production planning process, including production order review, material shortage review, and inventory status.
∎ To perform any other jobs as and when advised by the higher management.

∎ The salary will be fixed on the basis of the discussion which is negotiable. The employee will also be entitled for other fringe benefits upon the agreement of both parties according to the company’s policies.
