∎ Age at least 30 years

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Overseeing the installation and configuration of hardware, software, networking equipment, printers and scanners
∎ Maintaining and updating computer systems, servers, network equipment, CCTV systems and access control systems
∎ Providing first-line IT support and troubleshooting to users, including resolving hardware and software issues
∎ Editing photos using Photoshop& Illustrator software
∎ Ensuring all the systems are regularly updated with the latest software and security updates
∎ Managing relationships with IT service providers and vendors for equipment procurement and support
∎ Assisting with network connectivity issues and ensuring the stability of the network.
