Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must be target oriented, able to fulfill responsibilities & willingness to work under pressure.
∎ Must have product/ Material knowledge.
∎ Ensure sales through corporate channel, Contractor (govt. or individual) and Tender (LGED, PWD & City Corporation)
∎ Prepare Proposal & Tender documents and submit timely for participating in profitable projects.
∎ Track competitor's strategies and activities to recommend necessary actions on company's behalf.
∎ Regular follow-up with potential clients.
∎ Collect Client requirements and build a strong relationship with the customer.
∎ Make presentation about product info, pricing and benefits to the potential customers.
∎ Coordinate with other related departments to ensure availability of products, products requirements, customer requirements etc. to ensure minimum lead time and maximum customer support.
∎ Coordinate with production, Quality, Engineering and Technical departments for smooth execution of order.
∎ Product Promotion, Reporting & Analysis.
∎ Arrange corporate sales meeting, Tele-Marketing for Customer Relationship Development.
∎ Submit monthly sales report to keep the status up to date.
∎ Design, maintain, and supply of content for the organization's website.
∎ Monitor company presence on social media.
∎ Possess knowledge and expertise in various social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google workspace & Gmail.
∎ Develop and execute creative Facebook and Google marketing campaigns using Google, Facebook Ads, and other platforms.
∎ Ensures timely collection of payments as per the defined time frame.
∎ Submitting monthly/ quarterly/yearly sales and market reports to Head.
∎ Working closely with team members to develop new business.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 38 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in the relevant field will be preferred.
∎ Minimum 5 years expertise in Pre-fabricated Steel Building Manufacturing Industries business will be considered as added advantage.
∎ Absolutely proactive, smart, energetic, self-motivated, determined and be Tactful to meet the expectation of the company & capable to work under pressure.
∎ Must have knowledge of excellent approach towards client, arrange meeting with clients/ customers, price estimating & planning.
∎ Should be fluent in writing and speaking in English & Bengali.
∎ Perform all the duties anywhere within Bangladesh or elsewhere as may be required by the company from time to time.
∎ Should have good knowledge in Project Management & Power Point presentation.
∎ Should have excellent communication through e-mail, telecommunication and interpersonal skills.
∎ The applicants should be expert in MS office.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Marketing, Sales & Business development
