∎ Bangladesh University of Business and Technology,Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology,Dhaka University of Engineering and Technology,Khulna University of Engineering and Technology,Rajshahi University of Engineering and Technology students will get preference
∎ Skills Required: Civil Construction, Communication, Computer skill

Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): AutoCAD, Ms Office Suite, MS Project
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To study all working drawings for execution of construction works at the site.
∎ Collect, preserve and have clear concept of all approved drawing, design, specification.
∎ Planning, coordinating and scheduling of project as per drawing and design and resources.
∎ Supervision and execution of the project as per based on drawing – design and schedule.
∎ Monitoring and controlling daily work progress based on schedule and proper drawing design and reporting to management and clients or others.
∎ Monitor and ensure quality related activities on the project at highest level.
∎ Determining work methods that result to improve efficiency and productivity in the work place.
∎ Being on the construction site constantly in order to ensure that set standards are followed.
∎ Maintaining good communication with client.
∎ Preparing schedules and assigning work to construction personnel.
∎ Preparation and submission proper materials requisition as per schedule.
∎ Ensuring that the construction work is completed in scheduled time within the master budget.
∎ Focusing on safety and ensuring that all workers adhere to set safety standards.
∎ To place report to the concern authority time to time.
∎ Ensuring that the reports records, time sheets, and invoices are approved by the construction authorities.
∎ Ensure overall safety and security of man and materials, equipment's & other assets of the company allotted for the project.
∎ Manage, Leading and Controlling subordinate’s, suppliers, contractors, foremen and labors etc.
∎ Preparing and maintaining machine document.
∎ Preparing running bill of the project in time.
∎ Maintain daily materials stock and expenses and reporting to Management.
∎ Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.
∎ Develop full-scale project plan and schedule project timeliness and implement & manage project changes and inventions to achieve project output.
∎ Prepare the detailed estimation, costing as well as preparation of BOQ according to drawing & design.
∎ To undertake travel on Company work
∎ Any other responsibilities as assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Highly positive thinking about work under pressure.
∎ Well communication skill (Language, Mailing, Telecommunication).
∎ should be sound in Bengali and English both for oral and written communication.
∎ Well knowledge on Engineering Software (Stead-Pro, Auto Cad 2D and 3D, MS Project etc.)

Salary: Negotiable
