Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage Showroom Sales, responsible for providing reliable, prompt & friendly service to ensure customer satisfaction of the showroom.
∎ Must be creative thinker, hard worker, Planning & organizing the sales goal and promotional activities to ensure sales targets.
∎ Prepare the necessary documents and submit to the management and customers.
∎ Determine and analyze customer's needs, trends., clarify information and provide solutions
∎ Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated persons for further investigation.
∎ Report time to time to the management for complicated issues.
∎ Strong Personality & grooming ability.
∎ Good knowledge about computer operating & Microsoft Office Application
∎ Maintain, develop relationship with existing & new Customers through physical visit, telephone or emails
∎ Explain features, characteristics and quality of the products to customers.
∎ Ensure highest level of customer care through excellent customer services.
∎ Conducting market promotions & campaigns.
∎ Prepare bill, challan, and quotations, as required.
∎ Recording sales record and order information and entering figures into a computer software
∎ Presenting & selling company products to current & potential clients.
∎ Developing, maintaining good product & Marketing Knowledge.
∎ Formulating and executing sales plans.
∎ Ensuring compliance with all Showroom policies & procedure.
∎ Maintaining & ordering appropriate inventory to enhance sales & profit.
∎ Develops and maintains outstanding working relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction.
∎ Any Other Tasks assigned by the top management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Retail Management, retail Sales, Retail Stores / Super shops, Showroom Sales & Marketing and good Computer Skills, POS Software, Inventory management, Good Communication skill.
Salary:
∎ 25,000 - 40,000
