  • Build and Maintain Relationships with Property Owners, Developers, and Other Key Stakeholders in the Industry.

  • Negotiate Property Deals and Contracts to Ensure the Best Possible Outcomes for the Company.

  • Manage the Due Diligence Process for All Potential Acquisitions, Including Site Visits, Financial Analysis, and Legal Review.

  • Provide Regular Reports to Senior Management on the Progress of Property Acquisition Efforts and the Performance of the Team.

  • Ability to take challenge to achieve the sales target. Must be self-motivated and dynamic.

  • Solicit potential clients to buy properties.

  • To communicate with prospective buyers to see the properties.

  • To Gather information about the current market scenario/ analysis and update time to time.

  • To Follow up clients & maintaining client database in ERP.

  • Should have positive mindset to achieve target monthly, quarterly & yearly strategic marketing plan.

  • Acquire New Customers & visit Projects frequently.

  • Respond and follow-up Sales inquiries through understanding the Prospects requirements.

  • Meet with Key Customers and assists the Sales Team with maintaining relationships and Closing deals.
