dyeing and printing, Germents and Textile, Product Development, Production Management (Knitting & Weaving)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Concept, design, & prototype, deliver and present trend-right consumer centric product lines that feature market-leading innovation.
∎ Planning new development with considering capacity and capability, adding new innovation and addition.
∎ Component sourcing for new development, to ensure buyer demand.
∎ Product Development as per customer's provided design and specification. And analysis the critical points of the design.
∎ Receiving all new design Image file, technical description document (TD) from customer and keep record them in a specific File.
∎ Communicate with the customers regarding all development issue.
∎ Call for Development meeting with all concern department head and do the Risk analysis of the new Development.
∎ Arrangement of required raw materials as per the development specification requirement.
∎ Ensuring quality and Lab testing of produced goods as per customer's requirement.
∎ Arrange all samples as per customer requirement and send them on or before the time line.
∎ Maintain the development status update file and send them to customers and internal department for better understanding of the sample latest status.
∎ Communicate and Follow-up the lab testing with the external lab and maintain the lab test report file.
∎ Obtain and analysis feedback and resolve complaints from buyers.
∎ Coordinate with production plans and work toward to meet the target.
∎ Cost Analysis and idea generating for Products, Promotion, Labeling & Packaging.
∎ Lead direct reports to execute product design by ensuring high quality standards in character execution, in-depth color, material, form and function while maximizing profitability.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Ability to Work Under Pressure
∎ Good communication skills
∎ Prior experience leading others.
∎ Strong knowledge in hardlines/Softline categories (raw materials, plastic, textiles, print, pattern, graphic composition, manufacturing).
∎ Strong negotiating skills.
∎ Strong computer software skills (e.g., MS Office, Photoshop, Illustrator).
