Responsibilities & Context:
  • To achieving budgeted Sales, LC and Payment Collections

  • To prepare quarterly basis sales forecast with product mix.

  • To keep control on credit limit as approved by Management.

  • To shortened payment cycle from Order > PI > LC & UD > BOE signing. 

  • To keep your customer account outstanding in ' ZERO DISCREPANCY' status.

  • To ensure profitable sales by applying effective price and service negotiations skills.

  • To ensure business retention as well as share increase in the existing customer account. 

  • To handle customer complaints with adequate knowledge and techniques.

  • To monitor CS activities with the objective to achieve high level of customer satisfactions as well as to secure company interests

  • To meet deadline from order receive to deliver and until the payment realization.

  • To promote company brands, products and values in the market efficiently.

  • To co-ordinate with cross functional team for relevant inputs and resolve customers issues.

  • To visit 3 customers in a day with the objective to secure budgets (Spend 70%+ time in the market) 

  • To prepare weekly basis market report and monthly basis sales overview with short fall evaluation 

  • To create alternative customer accounts as a back up support in securing sales targets in a challenging market scenario.

  • To know Product , Process, Technical, Limitations and Effective Communications to settle the business deal 

  • To be Vigilant in customers need, business movement and competitors activities.

  • To Identify and win the new business opportunities within defined market sectors.

  • To devise unique strategies and techniques to achieve the sales targets

  • Be always positive, self-motivated and eager for learning to advance career further

  • To be the best team player. And to manage territory team and business. Sales reporting, attendance, office discipline and on time response to company needs.
