Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters/ MBA (Major in Marketing) from any reputed university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 6 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Searching new customer, increase sales, Planning and carrying out direct marketing activities for achieving the plan.
∎ Providing the planning and leadership to the Sales & Marketing Department.
∎ Visit potential customers for direct sales.
∎ Ensuring customer service & maintaining customer relationship.
∎ Designing and preparing relevant Marketing, Promotion Plan & Sales Strategy.
∎ Visiting clients on regular basis to ensure efficient and effective management as well as high performance sales.
∎ Plan, direct and control overall sales and marketing activities and penetrate the potential markets to secure new sources of revenue. Prepare sales, Business and Marketing Plan to maximize revenue opportunities.
∎ Supervise the sales team operation and plan to achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly targeted sales & Collection.
∎ Analysis of market trend to prepare marketing strategy and policy.
∎ Should have the ability to coordinate sales & marketing activities internally and externally.
∎ Maintain effective growth in market share. Drive to increase sales and achieve targets by utilizing all opportunities.
∎ Prepare sales forecasts, monthly sales achievement reports, Stock reports etc.
∎ Identify, establish and manage multi-tiered relationships across customers and the company.
∎ Analyze customer's preferences and attitudes.
∎ Undertaking of additional tasks and responsibilities deemed necessary by the Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ 5 to 6 year(s) in related field
∎ The applicants should have experience at least for one (01) Year in similar position.
∎ Excellent communication skills both in Bangla and English.
∎ Well versed in computer application.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Retail Marketing, Business Development, Market Research, Corporate Marketing.
∎ Experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Group of Companies, FMCG will get preference.
