∎ ADORED ESTATE DEVELOPMENT LTD (AEDL) has incepted as a Real Estate Developer in 2011 to make quality living and build your dream home. Dhaka city is rapidly expanding overtime and we are finding the potentiality to meet the housing challenge of the city.
∎ Now we are looking for dynamic and self-motivated executives for our Sales team.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identifying customer's business need and proving them with appropriate solutions
∎ Building and maintaining good working relationships with customers
∎ To visit prospective customers and corporate houses regularly
∎ To achieve monthly and yearly sales target.
∎ To attend team meeting, departmental monthly meeting and submission of various report (as per management needs)
∎ Attend internal & external visit with team members
∎ To visit sites frequently to stay up to date.
∎ To ensure optimum utilization of promotional materials
∎ Intensive knowledge in sales and checking the allotment letter & agreement
∎ To ensure after sales service and collection

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 3 years in the similar position and at least 8 years' experience with reputed Real Estate companies and similar sales track.
∎ Skills Required:
∎ Experience in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and other Graphic related software
∎ Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point etc.)
∎ Digital Marketing (Social Media Marketing), Digital Product Marketing and Digital Marketer
∎ Minimum 3 Years sales related working Experience up to Asst. Manager/Manager
∎ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and translate requirements into concepts
∎ Creative planning and designing for all the digital marketing campaigns.
∎ Good Graphics designing knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator is must.
∎ Age 30 to 40 years and candidate should be smart, well groomed & self-motivated
∎ Excellent business communication, presentation, interpersonal and negotiation skills
∎ Curiosity and desire to learn and grow skills
∎ Creative planning and designing for all the digital marketing campaigns, promotions etc. to be displayed on the website, Social Media and preparing proposals.
