∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Factory HR Administration, HR and Payroll, HRIS/ HR Database Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Spinning, Sweater Industry

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Major responsibility is to prepare and maintain payroll information by collecting, calculating, and entering data.
∎ Salary related reports (Monthly Salary Report, Top Sheet, Summery Report, Salary Bank Statement Report, Cash Statement, Night Bill etc.)
∎ HRM all reports (Daily Present, Absent, Leave, Late, in punch miss report, out punch miss report, Attendance Summery, In and out report, OT, Daily EOT report, Daily Allowance, Monthly Attendance Register, Monthly OT register, Monthly EOT Register, Appointment letter, ID card-English, ID Card-Bangla, Job Card, Job Card with OT, Job Card with EOT, Joining Report, Resign Report, Earn Leave report)
∎ Attendance process (Upload Log File, Log Data Process, Attendance File Upload, Attendance Process)
∎ Entry management (All Entry report, Leave Transaction, Advance Loan, Advance Loan List, Resign Entry, Resign Entry List, Resign Entry, Delete, Left Entry, Left Entry List, Left Entry Delete, Inactive Entry, Inactive Entry List, Inactive Entry Delete, Earn Leave Entry, New to Regular, Increment Entry, Increment Entry List, Promotion Entry, Promotion List, Weekend Delete, Holiday Delete, Leave Delete, Requirement List)
∎ employee management, software settings (Attendance Bonus, Salary Grade, Shift Schedules, Shift Manage, Night Bill Setup, Leave Setup, Bonus Setup, Allowance Setup)
∎ Review Master Information of personnel on monthly basis and make necessary update, if required.
∎ Maintaining absolute discretion and maturity in handling sensitive/confidential data.
∎ Ensuring the final settlement of resigned employees on time (for both worker and staff)
∎ Calculate PF, GF, Tax & other related issues as per necessary.
∎ Any other tasks given by HRD & Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 34 to 38 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent in MS Excel.
∎ Payroll software (SAP/Kormee / Pronali/ ERP.Prism others). SAP-Payroll software user is preferable.
