∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Create new market for future progress, Monitoring market price and procedure.
∎ Develop market day by day supervision.
∎ To attend the Tea Auction Board for purchase of Tea.
∎ Deals with the tea broker house as well as Tea board.
∎ Ensure quality of the Tea leaf for standard production.
∎ Test, inspection of tea leaf & in process of production in accordance with the established process and standard.
∎ Ability to create and providing training of tea blending and testing process.
∎ Ability to generate test proposals and tea testing plans.
∎ Ability to research area wise tea consumption and market growth potentiality.
∎ Understanding of regulatory environment of govt.
∎ To perform any other assignments given by the management as and when required.

∎ Age at least 30 years
