Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Law (LLB) in LLB, Master of Law (LLM) in LLM, Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Applicant Should have the Bar Council Membership (Manager)
∎ LLB or LL.M from any reputed University approved by UGC ( Manager)
∎ Lawyer and Expert have the most preference here.
∎ Must have knowledge about Land and Legal.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Labor Law, Land, Land Documentation, Land Survey, Lawyer
Job Context:
∎ Looking for dynamic, energetic and analytic candidates for the position of a Manager and Executives (Legal and Land) who will be assigned oversight and guidance to the legal and administrative functions for the Group.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have a leadership quality to assist the team for best outfit.
∎ Should be organised and dedicated to work.
∎ Good knowledge about land measurement, land mutation land registration, land ownership, land related papers/document and other assets.
∎ Provide legal opinion & support the company on various kinds of documents & activities for land purchase.
∎ Coordinate pending Civil & Land related cases/suits in different courts.
∎ Coordinate land-related all legal matters & maintain liaison with various Govt. and Non-Govt. organization such as AC Land office, Tahshil, Sub-Registry office.
∎ Dealing with land-related activities such as land measurement, verification of title & legal rights, Tax, VAT, mortgage, registration/ deed/ agreement/ bayna, commissioning, mutation of land & other legal documents from related Govt. department etc
∎ Provide legal opinion by land file vetting for purchasing proposed land. To Draft Plaints, petition written objections, replies to relevant show cause and all other drafting.
∎ To prepare bilateral Deed of Agreement, Power of Attorney, Sale deed, Sub-Kabla deed, various legal letters / reply against letter/ legal notice/ affidavit/ agreement/ contract/ deed etc. in Bengali & English.
∎ To collect office-related papers from Court for different cases like Deeds, Maps, Porcha, Dakhila, a mutation from concern Tohsil offices/Land offices.
∎ To identify & monitor land-related problems and arrange remedial measures.
∎ Attend registration at Registrar Office (or commission) of land.
∎ Investigate in various Govt. offices as well as concerned offices for verifying legal documents.
∎ Drafting, reviewing and revising contract documentation, including tender documentation and ensuring it is qualified in the best interests of the Company.
∎ To understand all land related document, (C.S, S.A, R.A, R.S, City Jorip, mutation, deed, via deed, portion of porcha).
∎ Develop and maintain standard contract and subcontract templates.
∎ Perform any other job from time to time as per assigned by the management.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguards in every course of action.
