Job Responsibilities:
∎ Evaluate current manufacturing practices and identify those needing improvement.
∎ Enforce quality control to reduce waste.
∎ Improve the efficiency of each production process.
∎ Evaluate employees’ tasks and responsibilities, identifying procedures or tools to improve productivity.
∎ Responsible for the statistical data analysis to measure the process stability and capability.
∎ Any other tasks assign by superior/management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Applicant Must have to experience in Industrial Engineering in any Reputed Organization.
∎ Should have vast knowledge Regarding Lean Tools (5s, 8waste…etc.), Takt time, VSM.
∎ Should have ability to analysis data from different angle.
∎ Should have good verbal and written communication skills both in Bangla & in English.
∎ Should have good interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with people at all levels.
∎ The ability to prioritize work and to work well under pressure.
∎ The capability to work with numerical information, plus analytical and problem-solving skills.
∎ Diplomatic approach and the confidence to provide support to high-profile company staff and board members.
∎ Management skills.
