Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for all kind of capacity , capability and human resource management
∎ matter in RMT & R&D lab.
∎ To check all the incoming chemicals and dyestuffs and communicate results to the management and concerned department in report form.
∎ To inform and identify the non-conforming batches of raw materials after testing and reporting to the lab management and store department for their action.
∎ Making sure effective and representative sampling of all the incoming dyes and chemical coming for testing.
∎ Maintaining sampling & testing criteria for dyes and chemical update.
∎ Delivering timely testing results of formaldehyde testing.
∎ To sign, review and maintain all work record of testing done previously in lab in the form of soft data and hard copies for record purpose.
∎ To check and maintain all control samples with proper identifications and with date of with sampling mentioned in a log book for traceability.
∎ To check , maintain and arrange for MSDS, technical literature And Certificate of Analysis for all the in house /in stock available dyes and chemical.
∎ To generate and maintain daily water testing reports against various designated collection point on floors and communicate the results to concerned personal.
∎ To check the quality of distilled water produced in lab daily basis.
∎ To keep, maintain and hold training session for related standard testing procedures.
∎ Maintaining high standard for cleanliness, equipment maintenance and effective quality control in analytical lab premises.
∎ Responsible for the reliability of all types of test perform with in R&D laboratory.
∎ To perform trouble shooting by suggesting remedial strategy to concerned production department QC in turn; with the help of R&D manager advise.
∎ Responsible to do causative study for identifying the root cause of shortcoming or problem in processing based on chemical in recipe.
∎ To work out the grading system based on R&D test results on different dyes and chemical to set the selection criteria when needed.
∎ To device advanced and better analytical techniques, regarding testing and identification analysis based on continuous improvement approach.
∎ Responsible for identifying and arranging the adequate resources of the department.
∎ To check and maintain calibration of formaldehyde testing equipment, pH meter, conductivity meter, viscometer, shakers and water baths related to analytical lab.

∎ Age 30 to 40 years
