Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Applied Chemistry or B.Sc. in Textile Engineering with adequate knowledge in respective field of Fabrics Printing Industry.
∎ Skills Required: All over printing, Fabrics Printing Production of any large Printing industry.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): All over printing, Fabrics Printing Production of any large Printing industry.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Textile

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sound and solid planning and follow up of All Over Printing (Rotary & Flat Bed) production flow and balancing the production process to ensure optimum capacity utilization.
∎ Figure out deviations and assist in making rectification to future production plans based on the differences between planned and actual production in the past plan period.
∎ Bring sustainable efficiency improvements by identifying the bottlenecks and ensuring elimination of it.
∎ Improving profitability by identifying cost reduction opportunities through Integrated Planning Information and analysis.
∎ Update information on key operational and cost parameters at every stage of the overall process.
∎ Provide necessary leadership and guidance to key employees and top performers through mentoring and identification of best practices to enhance performance efficiency.
∎ Responsible for analyzing the workers performance and review operator skill level and ensure corrective action to train potential worker.
∎ Ensure optimum utilization of men and machines.
∎ Conceive and promote company mission-vision oriented advance preparation to face contingencies.
∎ To perform any other task as assigned by the management from time to time.
