Job Context:
∎ In this position, the Asst. Manager/ Manager will support the management of the organization through planning and execution of the organizational goal to be one of the finest in the industry. They will also work closely as a team with the customer to facilitate the trading and collecting new equities.
∎ Superior Knowledge of capital markets as well as Excellent written and oral communication skills are must.
∎ Able to analyze the market incidents and good market intelligence.
∎ Knowledge of accounting and ability to interpret financial statements is a plus
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To meet our continuous expanding business growth we are looking for the capable, competent, qualified as well as ambitious personnel to fill out the above position.
∎ Marketing & Communicating with Clients.
∎ Exceptional ability to promote company success by being courteous to customers, company associates, through a professional appearance and by having a positive attitude.
∎ New Client acquisition from open market.
∎ Generating and achieving brokerage targets.
∎ Offering high quality customer service in a professional manner.
∎ Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person.
∎ Must be proactive, hardworking, self-motivated, target oriented and ability to work under pressure.
∎ Complying with all rules, regulations of BSEC, DSE & CDBL.
∎ Any other responsibilities assigned by the Management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidate must have BSEC registration, DSE Trading Certificate and investor network with at least five years experience in related field.
∎ Solid knowledge of rules & regulation related to brokerage house
∎ Have client base and intention to participate in marketing activities.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Share Brokerage / Securities House / Trading of share.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Team Management, interpersonal & communication skills.
∎ Candidate should be religious.
