Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ability to manage all the projects of Agro firm.
∎ Work closely with HR /Admin/Accounts/Finance team to make high-level decisions about policy & strategy.
∎ Understand the vision of the Company & successfully implement positive changes to support innovation & drive continuous improvement.
∎ Formulating sales strategy & action plan, developing & implementing sales structure in the organization.
∎ Forecasting & achieving the sale target of the company & carry out Sales Analysis, Business Analysis, Market Analysis, Competitor Analysis to increase market share.
∎ Time to time compare the actual work done against planned & take necessary action to maintain the work schedule of the project.
∎ Monthly, Quarterly, Half Yearly, & Yearly budget Preparation & submit report to the Management .
∎ Ensure that all projects identify, manage & bring to resolution all project risks issues to minimize project risks.
∎ Participate in the design of project management processes & budget planning.
∎ Ensure resource availability & allocation & manage requisitions & indent system & maintain good working relationships with clients to ensure complete customer satisfaction & good prospects for future business.
∎ Creating & enhancing long-term business relationships with clients to maximize business growth & opportunities..
∎ Develop & execute appropriate promotional plans & strategies to create demand of the products.
∎ Coordinate internal resources &third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects. regularly attend customer meetings with key sales or ,when necessary, technical subject matter experts define detailed technical solutions,& provide formal presentations on external & internal teams.
∎ Manage a sales team ,training & Monitor the whole sales team on a daily basis to ensure consistent implementation of best sales practices.
∎ To maintain of all type of site documents, reports, drawing, & other papers in an organized way.
∎ Fill in for project managers by managing daily operations in their absence.
∎ Responsible for fund management ,fund disbursement, follow-up & monitoring of expenditure with project activities & meet with internal & external audit /monitoring visitors team.
∎ Maintain project outcome, output, activities internal & external visit report, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Half-yearly ,Yearly reports & other reports as required by management.
∎ Undertake additional responsibilities assigned by the Managing Director.
