Fabric Knitting, Knitting Quality, Production Management (Knitting & Weaving)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To develop and maintain quality assurance objective and coordinates objectives with production procedures in cooperation with the Manager of Manufacturing.
∎ First output review against the sample.
∎ Follow up first output fabric measurement report.
∎ If any discrepancies happen then it needs to be informed to Head of Quality Dept. to get action.
∎ Measuring production & Documenting evidence as per instructions
∎ Maintain Communication with the suppliers.
∎ Monitor fabric approval, inventory based on Micro-Production Plan and update Head of Quality Dept. in case of any issues.
∎ Ensure the factory sends daily production update accurately to concerned merchant team.
∎ Work closely with factory key personnel on sampling and sewing areas to ensure quality and delivery.
∎ Verify fabric quality, color, tests requirements, quality and placement as per tech pack and customer comments and maintain required quality levels in bulk production.
