- Day to day Business Monitor
- Assist the Branch to underwrite the policy in the light of IDRA guideline.
- Guide to reduction of management Expenses.
- Guide to the Branches increasing Premium Income.
- Ensure that branches are financially sustainable and capable of long-term growth.
