∎ At least 2–3 years of experience in International digital marketing and IT support
∎ Strong knowledge of SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush)
∎ Proficiency in social media tools and website CMS (e.g., Word Press)
∎ Excellent communication and team coordination skills.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Planning and executing Search Engine Optimization (SEO) strategies
∎ Analyze target international markets, and customer behavior.
∎ Managing and updating all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Alibaba, Amazon etc.)
∎ Develop Creative content for website, Blogs, and social platforms.
∎ Monitoring and maintaining the company website.
∎ Handling computer hardware and software issues in the office
∎ Overseeing CCTV systems and ensuring smooth functionality
∎ Coordinating with vendors and IT service providers when necessary
∎ Assisting with the company’s overall digital transformation initiatives
∎ Preparing periodic reports and providing digital performance insights to management
∎ Understanding, Experience domain knowledge, and capturing the technical requirements for software system.
∎ Possess handsome knowledge on ERP software system. Work module name Commercial, Accounts, Payroll and all Inventories.
∎ Interpret Software system, analyze documents using standard modeling/ techniques, and provide system design.
∎ Understand the functionality of the system.
∎ Perform day-to-day administration of the ERP system.
∎ IT Support at user end as per requirements.
∎ Perform any other tasks as assigned by the management from time to time.
