Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Computer Science.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintenance, diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware, installing OS/software, and networking.
∎ Supervises IT Team and trains them as required.
∎ Establishes and maintains user accounts, profiles, file sharing, access privileges and security.
∎ Prepare and execute the plan for the development of the IT department.
∎ Ensuring Client Technology Needs are Met.
∎ Analyze information identifies current and potential problems and proposes solutions.
∎ Maintains, inspects and repairs equipment.
∎ Administers and maintains mail and email.
∎ Provides Internet support and maintenance (if applicable)
∎ Provides cable management support.
∎ Consults on specific application issues or hardware/software problems.
∎ Directs maintenance of equipment and installed software applications inventory for property ensuring compliance with licensing regulations.
∎ Keeps up-to-date technically and applies new knowledge to your job.
∎ Manages vendors for property IT requirements functioning as an escalation point for problem resolution.
∎ Conduct training on MIS activities to increase staff expertise.
∎ Supervise and motivate MIS team to work collectively and efficiently
∎ Should be able to configure Firewall, Managed switch & any kind of router operational functions.
∎ Knowledge of network security systems, intrusion detection systems, and data backup.
∎ Active directory server, Endpoint security, Outlook Email configuring and troubleshooting.
∎ Installing Operating System and Software configuring and troubleshooting, computer hardware, Networks & LAN Setup.
∎ Hardware troubleshooting and maintenance (Desktop, Laptop, scanner, router Printers, etc.).
∎ Access control system Problem troubleshooting and maintenance.
∎ Other duties as assigned by the higher authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in handling & troubleshooting of IP camera, CCTV, video conferencing equipment, & access control device.
∎ Skills Required: IT Support Service and Network engineering, IT System Management, Problem solving and analytical skill.
