Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies aligned with organisational goals and workforce planning.
∎ Collaborate with departmental heads to understand hiring needs, skill requirements, and team dynamics.
∎ Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, from job requisition to onboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
∎ Ensure that all key talent management functions (i.e Recruitment, Succession Planning, Performance Management) are effectively running to ensure proper implementation & execution.
∎ Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including interviews, reference checks, and skills evaluations, to ensure a strong match between candidates and job requirements.
∎ Utilise recruitment metrics and analytics to assess the success of recruitment efforts.
∎ Generate regular reports for senior management, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
∎ Monitor, evaluate and update internal training activities and explore external trainers and training organisations for employee capacity development.
