Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. or Diploma in Textile Engineering with adequate knowledge in respective field of Dyeing & Printing Industry.
∎ Note: Educational qualification will be relaxed for highly deserving candidates.

∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Dyeing, Fabrics Finishing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Dyeing Factory, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Follow up of Finishing production flow and balancing the production process to ensure optimum capacity utilization.
∎ Figure out deviations and assist in making rectification to future production plans based on the differences between planned and actual production in the past plan period.
∎ Bring sustainable efficiency improvements by identifying the bottlenecks and ensuring elimination of it.
∎ Improving profitability by identifying cost reduction opportunities through Integrated Planning Information and analysis.
∎ Responsible for analyzing the workers performance and review operator skill level and ensure corrective action to train potential worker.
∎ Ensure optimum utilization of men and machines.
∎ Conceive and promote company mission-vision oriented advance preparation to face contingencies.
∎ To perform any other task as assigned by the management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 07 years’ experience in Finishing Production of any large Dyeing-Printing industry.
∎ Should have very good command in English.
∎ The candidate we are looking for has to be highly proactive, self-motivated and energetic.
∎ Must have good interpersonal, communication and analytical skills.
∎ Must have very good command over MS office application.
∎ Job Location: Sreepur, Gazipur.
