Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee the preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical systems, machinery, and equipment.
∎ Develop and implement maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
∎ Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues, ensuring timely repairs and minimal production disruptions.
∎ Maintain records of maintenance activities, equipment history, and spare parts inventory.
∎ Monitor all electrical & mechanical issues and do the necessary troubleshooting quickly.
∎ Monitor & handle the electrical safety of the factory.
∎ Ensure the lube oil requirement for gas generator.
∎ To arrange preventive maintenance & overhauling issues of the generator.
∎ To perform preventive maintenance of compressor, boiler & ensure the required materials.
∎ Pr-planning of installation & erection of new machinery.
∎ To maintain E.T.P's electrical & mechanical troubleshooting.
∎ To ensure monthly gas meter reading.
∎ To ensure soft water for boiler & all parameters counter checking.
∎ To ensure water & air supply of all sections.
∎ To ensure preventive & break down maintenance of the boiler.
∎ Give proper direction to officers to do their duty as per roster and necessity.
∎ Provide a monthly schedule for machine maintenance.
∎ To ensure the discipline & efficiency of the maintenance department.
∎ To ensure the environmental management system
