∎ Educational qualification is HSC with at least 11 years practical experience in any 100% export oriented composite textile mills.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 11 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Machine wise planning & production.
∎ Recipe adjustment & Correction.
∎ Process, water & time consumption monitoring.
∎ RFT follow up.
∎ Deliver follow-up on as per schedule.
∎ Problematic issues solving & communicate with other section.
∎ Close monitoring with maintenance and electrical department about M/C maintenance.
∎ Floor management.
∎ Cost minimization/ Problematic issue share with section.
∎ To perform any other jobs as and when advised by the higher management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
Salary: Negotiable

∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ The salary will be fixed on the basis of the discussion which is negotiable. The employee will also be entitled for other fringe benefits upon the agreement of both parties according to the company’s policies.
