∎ Age at least 34 years
∎ Proven experience in MS Rod, Angle & Flat bar or construction materials sales, with at least 7 years of experience in a leadership role.Strong understanding of this industry, market dynamics, and competition.Excellent leadership and team management skills.Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Analytical and strategic thinking abilities.Willingness to travel within the assigned region.Results-driven with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Job Responsibilities: Ensure Territory Rod, Angle and Flatt bar Sales Target and Evaluate Retailers & Dealer's performance.Build a strong Sales and Marketing network in the segment of Dealers, & End-users.Ensure efficient and effective credit management as per the Company's policy.Organize and monitor promotional activities to ensure the targeted sales objective.Develop Areas for Dealers.Ensure product feedback, update overall product feedback of both own company and competitors.Regular follow-up of sales order and payment.Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly market reports on sales and distribution.Providing regularly report on the visit outcomes and findings thereon to the respective GM/Management.Prepare reports at the end of the day based on collecting, analyzing and summarizing information of the marketShort- & long-term planning (Monthly & Quarterly) for achieving the value & volume target as set by the organization.Handling credit sales & realization in a proper manner to control company costs.Other duties and responsibilities as entrusted by the Higher Management time to time.
∎ Job Context: We are looking for a potential Asst Manager/Deputy Manager for the Sales & Marketing Department of Steeltech Industries Ltd. who will play the strategic role for Sales at Rod, Angle & Flat bar Section with proper reporting to the General Manager as and when required.
