Job Description: We are searching for a Marketing Expertise who is dynamic and committed, with expertise in marketing, sales, and telemarketing, especially in steel structure sales.
Sales Targets: Proactively source new clients and successfully achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Should have own potential client list for doing construction business and ability to search the market for potential new clients and develop new business relationships.
Client Relationships: Conduct regular visits to corporate customers and sites across Bangladesh to strengthen client relationships.
Conduct rate analysis for each project and prepare a budget. Should be familiar with VAT and Tax rate of the selling product
Market Expansion: Identify and tap into untapped markets to contribute significantly to sales growth.
Data Management: Diligently update the customer database with relevant information.
Customer Satisfaction: Ensure customer satisfaction through the delivery of exceptional services.
Sales Techniques: Utilize a refined sales script to efficiently engage with customers.
Collecting Payments for sold products and ensuring customers support to the end users
Gathering market information about competitor`s products to offer customers with better prices and facilities
Relationship Building: Cultivate robust relationships with both new and existing clients.
Order Processing: Professionally handle and process customer orders.
