Responsibilities & Context:
Job Context:
A growing agro-based company engaged in Feed Mill, Breeder Farm, and Hatchery operations is looking for an experienced and dedicated individual to oversee the operations of its poultry breeder farm. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring optimal flock performance, biosecurity compliance, and coordination with the hatchery team.
Job Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day operations of the breeder farm to ensure target production of hatching eggs.
Monitor flock health, feed intake, lighting, ventilation, and vaccination schedules.
Oversee collection, grading, and dispatch of hatching eggs to the hatchery.
Maintain strict biosecurity and farm hygiene standards.
Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, feed, medicine, and other farm resources.
Lead, train, and monitor farm staff to ensure high performance and discipline.
Maintain accurate farm records and generate reports regularly.
Coordinate with veterinary and hatchery teams to ensure smooth operations.
Ensure compliance with internal audit, ISO standards, and other regulatory guidelines.
