Job Responsibilities:
∎ To monitor and control all production processes.
∎ To monitor production targets in every shift as per quality parameters.
∎ To distribute duties and responsibilities of subordinates, supervise their work, and keep connection with the respective department.
∎ To check on the plan in order to achieve maximum production.
∎ To keep a close eye on achieving production targets in order to implement the production schedule.
∎ Maintain health safety, applicable legal compliance, and neat and tidy conditions.
∎ To ensure the participation of subordinates in the various training program.
∎ Plan, develop, optimize, organize, direct, manage, evaluate, and was accountable for all processes of the factory.
∎ Sound knowledge of Food Manufacturing machines to ensure quality production.
∎ Cost control, operational excellence, efficiency, timely delivery, and Quality output.
∎ To keep close eyes in order to attain acceptable production limits and to ensure the implementation of the production schedule.
∎ To monitor policy in every stage of production, so that production cost is reduced to an optimal limit.
∎ To follow up the production schedule to keep the supply chain at an optimum level.
∎ To take responsibility during an audit by the buyer regarding compliance issues & all necessary safety measures in connection with the production.
∎ Collaborate with senior management and decision-makers to share information for problem-solving.
∎ To maintain the confidentiality of Companies' information and documents strictly and sincerely.
∎ Strategize and plan the sales process management, forecasting, pricing, key account management, expenses, profitability, new product development, market research, and brand strategy.
∎ Wastage control at raw material, finished goods stage, Purchase, Procurement & Inventory Management.
∎ Based on sales/export orders, you should plan for finished production/stock which should match, so that - there is no over production and a huge stockpile does not occur.
∎ Any other Job/Task/Duties & Responsibilities/Authority assigned by a higher Authority.
