Job Responsibilities:
∎ Follow the instruction given by General Manager
∎ Co-ordinate to GM about all Kinds of Departmental & Machinery works.
∎ To Implement Schedule Maintenance & preventive maintenance Works.
∎ Make sure the working practice of the workers in suitable & save environment which should be compliant.
∎ Check and give instructions to supervisors and workers.
∎ To supervise junior as per Machine Works Complain .
∎ To Flow-up all Maintenance Works Accurately.
∎ To Check all Works which one Finished Junior & report to Asst. Manager/Manager.
∎ To Reduce Spare parts Consumption & Planning to Develop.
∎ To Check all Machines for Cleaning & Mechanical Faults.
∎ To Motivate All Team Member for Better Works.
∎ Authorized to delegate his authority to his sub ordinate with responsibility and continuous monitoring
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have good knowledge about wet processing, printing, finishing and dyeing machineries of home textile.
∎ Good knowledge about MS office program of computer.
∎ Good leadership ability.
