∎ Educational qualification is Graduation with at least 09 years practical experience in any 100% export oriented composite textile mills.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 9 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Visit frequently & communicating with vendors for before sales & after sales services
∎ To ensure all payment for fabric sales circuitously. Also continuously communicating with customers to collect payment as early as possible.
∎ Keep monitoring greige fabric stock & finished fabric stock continuously & try to maintain less inventory
∎ Preparing the customer Database. Making Sales & Marketing strategy and executing the same.
∎ Monitoring the Sales Targets & coming up with sales improvement plans.
∎ Sales forecasting and prepare action plans accordingly.
∎ Dealings with buyer for any query regarding fabric sales & Marketing
∎ Handle/Manage all kinds of issue regarding fabric sales
∎ To arranging Marketing meetings with buyers to generate business
∎ To negotiate fabric price with customer, to execute development & bulk production up to delivery.
∎ Keep good relationship with our spinning, weaving & processing dept. to take smooth support for buyer satisfication
∎ To provide technical assistance to troubleshoot quality issues
∎ Visit frequently & communicating with vendors for before sales & after sales services
∎ To ensure all payment for fabric sales circuitously. Also continuously communicating with customers to collect payment as early as possible.
∎ Keep monitoring greige fabric stock & finished fabric stock continuously & try to maintain less inventory. Focus on KPI & Business goal
∎ Keep Team Building internally & keep motivating team members to achieve goal
∎ Digout the business plan to fulfil team target as per management declaration

∎ The salary will be fixed on the basis of the discussion which is negotiable. The employee will also be entitled for other fringe benefits upon the agreement of both parties according to the company`s policies.
