Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA/ MBA (Marketing) from any UGC approved university
∎ B.Sc Engineering in (Electrical/ Electronics/ Telecommunication/ CSE) is preferred from any UGC approved university
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify develop, drive and secure existing and new business opportunities/clients
∎ Establish account plan for respective customers and achieve daily/Monthly/quarterly/yearly sales target.
∎ Proposal submission by taking necessary support from technical team, agreement signing and contract management for respective accounts.
∎ Responsible for Revenue generation, market research, market analyst and create new business opportunities for Sales Planning and Forecasting
∎ Maintain and ensure customer relationship for respective accounts by understanding customer needs.
∎ Receive client request, feasibility check by planning, costing, pricing and close the deal with client by ensuring profitability.
∎ Guide MPO (Marketing Promotional Officer) how to talk with the client, how to bargain and settle with the client regarding pricing/service by conference call (MPO-Client-Team Leader).
∎ Maintain regular physical visit and communication with client through MPO (Marketing Promotional Officers) so that there is no dispute. If possibility to rise any disputes need to involved instantly to solve the issues within same month.
∎ Guide MPO regarding ISP license, IIG BW, Cache BW, Service delivery process etc
∎ Responsibility to maintain price negotiation between MPO and client starting to WO confirmation to On-Time service delivery.
∎ Regional Sales Team Management
∎ Responsible for Sales Planning and Forecasting and Revenue generation
∎ Receive client request, feasibility check by planning, costing, pricing and close the deal with client by ensuring profitability.
∎ Work on c-Portal, GIS and Billing SW verification, ensure and maintain correct database for billing and provide fortnightly and monthly sales report to Management.
∎ Cross Functional Activity like supporting bill collection, faster delivery, better support service.
∎ Support and coordinate revenue assurance team for bill collection and dispute resolution.
∎ Conduct customer market research and competitor data suggest to management to fix marketing strategy.
∎ Any other assigned job by his/her line manager/management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ 4yr to 6yr in relevant industry.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Sales, Marketing, Relationship Management/Key Account Management
∎ Telecommunication, ISP, Technical Infrastructure
∎ Must be a team player with strong interpersonal skills
Salary: Negotiable
