∎ Law Firm, Real Estate, Specially able to litigation civil cases in court and AC land office, etc.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manager all land-related legal matters including lease agreement, property aquisition and dispute.
∎ Clear knowledge on practical suit (criminal specially civil) in court.
∎ Must be capable to handle all types of land related litigations concern office.
∎ Drafting and reveiw legal documents (land related).
∎ Advice management on strategies to improve the groups overall legal & regulatory complience.
∎ Stay up to date on changes in bangladeshi law practically related to land.
