Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA/ MBA from reputed Public or Private University.
∎ Honors/ Masters in any discipline from reputed public or private university with PGD in HRM or Compliance.
∎ Skills Required: Compliance, Factory HR Administration, HR

Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Compliance, Factory HR Administration
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan, coordinate, and participate in recruitment and selection processes and ensure that a fair recruitment policy is followed.
∎ Manage HR functions including office time, leave management, attendance management.
∎ Ensure development and implementation of HR policies, compliance and procedure to support and companies business objectives in accordance with legal perspective and cost control in respective administrative activities.
∎ Developing and maintaining different HR Admin & Compliance policies in line with Labor Law, Buyers' Code of Conducts, industry standards Accord etc.;
∎ Must have at adequate knowledge Accord, WARP, BSCI, SEDEX, OKETEX & others Social compliance.
∎ To develop strategic policy & procedures in aspect of Admin, HR & Compliance issues.
∎ To ensure administrative supports that are related to on time production and shipment.
∎ To maintain liaison with agencies/organizations (Govt./Private) agencies like BGMEA, compliance auditors, BERC, fire & civil defense department, labor office, Environment office, local influences etc.
∎ Prepare factory and attend distinguish buyer's compliance audit like - Social/ Ethical and take care all kinds of audits & buyer's visit by leading the same.
∎ Discuss with compliance team about the CAPs of internal audits. If raise any critical issue then communicate with top management for smooth rectification.
∎ Address employee related issues, especially Grievance Management and Disciplinary Procedures as per law.
∎ Develop and maintain performance management processes.
∎ Any other task assigned by management time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 33 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good Communication skills in both English and Bengali.
∎ Strong negotiation skill and good inter-personal & communication skills.
∎ Good leadership ability to lead & motivate the subordinates.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Knit Composite Industry, Group of Company.
∎ Well conversant on MS Office, MS Power Point and email communication.
∎ Sound knowledge on Bangladesh Labour Law 2006, Labour rule 2015 & Labour Gazzate-2018.
