Educational Requirements:
∎ B. Sc. in CSE/CS/ETE/ECE/EEE/Telecommunication from reputed public or private university
∎ professional Certification: CCNA will be an added advantage
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure 24x7 Alarm monitoring through NMS
∎ Ensure alarm correlation to identify faults with the help of EMS and inventory database.
∎ Ensure to assign TT to the 2nd level support team by 30 minutes.
∎ Follow the escalation matrix for different stakeholders by call, SMS etc.
∎ Communicate with internal and external stakeholders through social media WhatsApp
∎ Receiving complaints through e-mail, calls, chat, client portal, etc.
∎ Ensuring to validate the complaint with the help of supporting tools.
∎ Provide feedback to clients through e-mail/calls/chat.
∎ Ensure effective follow-up (call team, NTTN NOC in charge) with physical and logical O&M teams.
∎ Ensure technical management escalation to faster fault restoration as per the fault escalation matrix.
∎ Follow up on issues and feedback through social media posts WhatsApp port creation
∎ Fault analysis report to management
∎ Tc utilization report to management
∎ Weekly Meeting with marketing and client
∎ Prioritize issues based on capacity/client urgency/TT age/alarm type etc.
∎ Network availability report creation
∎ Fault analysis report to management
∎ Traffic utilization report to management
∎ Weekly Meeting with marketing and client Network availability report creation
∎ Fault analysis report to management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Basic knowledge of IP network
∎ Ability to manage cross functional team communication
∎ Good communication and presentation skills
∎ Must be a team player with strong interpersonal skills
∎ Ability to work under pressure
∎ Excellent computer skills with proven proficiency in MS office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
